Prior to his death in July 2019, Jeffrey Epstein used his position as a wealthy and powerful individual to prey upon and sexually abuse hundreds and possibly thousands of girls and women.  Epstein frequently lured girls and women into his orbit by holding out the prospect of modeling jobs or paying for their education and using his immense wealth, power and proximity to fame to better their circumstances.  Epstein often groomed these girls or young women by making them highly dependent on him. Other times, he lured them in just once to give him a “massage” and treated them like objects, less than human.   Over and over, he coerced these girls and women to perform involuntary sexual acts, ranging from unwanted sexual touching to rape.  Epstein engaged in this horrific pattern of behavior for decades, causing severe and permanent emotional harm to the women he abused.

A confidential program has been approved by a court that allows survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse to finally have the opportunity to present their claims to neutral, independent administrators to seek monetary compensation from Epstein’s Estate, which is worth over half a billion dollars.  Any individual who was sexually abused by Epstein will be eligible to participate in the confidential program, even if they were abused in another non-US country, or if their legal claims appear to be barred because of the amount of time that has passed or even if they entered into a prior settlement with Jeffrey Epstein.

Gloria Allred of Allred Maroko & Goldberg and her co-counsel, Mariann Wang of Cuti Hecker Wang, have for years been working with survivors of Epstein’s abuse, including to assist them in connecting with law enforcement, litigating claims, and otherwise ensuring that justice is advanced. These women’s lives were forever altered by the sexual abuse that Epstein inflicted on them, and they are still coming to terms with the abuse.

We have vigorously and tirelessly advocated on behalf of these women.

We have zealously litigated several federal-court lawsuits against Epstein’s Estate on behalf of women who survived sexual abuse by Epstein when they were minor girls.

We have stood with them as they bravely told their stories in public, as described in Time, CBS News, and NBC News.

We have pressured prominent associates of Epstein, such as Prince Andrew, to cooperate with investigations and disclose what they know about misconduct by Epstein and others.

The US Department of Justice has now officially demanded that Great Britain allow Prince Andrew to be questioned over his links to Epstein, potentially embroiling him in the criminal probe for the first time.

We will now also do our best to ensure any settlement program that is going forward will be fair, meaningful, and respectful to the women who were affected by Epstein’s horrific behavior.

Cuti Hecker Wang and Allred Maroko & Goldberg are continuing to zealously advocate for these women by representing them in the Epstein settlement program.  The limited window to participate in the Epstein settlement program will soon close.  We are working closely with our clients on every aspect of the program in order to convey what happened to them in the most powerful and compelling manner, using experts and witnesses as appropriate, and to assist them in obtaining the most positive outcome possible in the claims process given their facts, the law, the claims process procedures, and their legal alternatives.

Gloria Allred’s reputation as a women’s right advocate is world-renowned. She and her firm have been dedicated for decades to seek justice for those abused by the powerful and has been involved in nearly every significant women’s rights case and issue in this country.

Mariann Wang has been designated a “SuperLawyer” and “Top Woman Attorney” who has represented numerous individuals and groups of victims who were sexually abused as children and who struggle day-to-day to come to terms with the harmful effects imposed on them by adults in positions of power. She has successfully handled numerous sexual abuse cases against powerful individuals and institutions, including by obtaining a landmark New York legal ruling involving sexual abuse and defamation, and by recently obtaining significant amounts for hundreds individuals who were sexually abused as children by a physician at Rockefeller University.

The two firms have obtained hundreds of millions of dollars for their clients over the years. Please contact us immediately if you would like to know more about pursuing your rights through the Epstein claims program.  We do not charge for any consultation, and the opportunity to submit claims is open for a limited time and will soon be closed.
